For all Returns and exchanges, please follow the instruction provided below to receive the correct refund or exchange on your orders.

Product Return Disclaimer

Products can be returned and or exchanged within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please carefully review Aquasure's Return/Exchange Policy details and conditions below. Aquasure prices are subject to change without notice. See the Warranty page for the complete product warranty policy.

Products purchased through an authorized 3rd party platform or marketplace must follow their return policy. Aquasure can’t and will not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased through marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay without a proper request received from the marketplace.

 


 

Merchandise Return Details And Procedure:

RMA Number:

You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Aquasureusa.com here. Any products sent to Aquasure without an RMA number will not receive a refund.

All refund amounts will be based on the manufacturer's warranty and Aquasure return policy. Refunds will be issued back using the payment method you used when you placed your order. Refunds take up to 3-5 business days to process once we receive the return.

Packaging:

Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box, including any free items if applicable. Be sure to drain out all water from wet systems and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing.

Return To:

We will provide you with an Aquasure warehouse address for return merchandise when we issue the RMA number.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already shipped out, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Refused Shipments:

All returns must have an RMA number. If an item is refused upon delivery without a proper RMA number obtained from Aquasure Inc., no refund will be applied, If the item is refused after contacting us for a proper RMA number, shipping charges (to and back) will be applied and the balance will be refunded.

General Merchandise and Residential Drinking Water Systems:

All Aquasure drinking water systems, filters, and parts come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect. Our refund policy and conditions are as follows:

  1. If a product was returned unused and filters were in their original, unopened packaging —we will issue a full product refund upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition.
  2. If a product was returned used, not defective, or filter packaging was opened —we will refund the purchase price less 50% restocking fee upon receiving the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
  3. If a product is purchased with free shipping - We will add an additional 10% restocking fee on top of the condition of the system in which it was returned.
  4. If any merchandise was defective —we will refund the full purchase price upon receiving and reviewing the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.

 


 

Aquasure Whole House Water Treatment System:

All Aquasure Whole House Water Treatment System comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect. Our refund policy and conditions are as follows:

  1. If a system was returned unused and media were in their original, unopened packaging —we will issue a full product refund minus 15% restocking fee upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition.
  2. If a system was returned used, not defective, and the packaging was opened —we will refund the purchase price less 50% re-stocking fee and upon receiving the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
  3. If any merchandise was defective —we will refund the full purchase price upon receiving and reviewing the merchandise returned in undamaged condition. We'll also refund your shipping cost if your return is the result of our error.
