My package(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you received a damaged shipment (sorry!) please contact our customer support team Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm PST.

 

They will need 1-2 photos of the damage via email and may ask you to inspect the product for any visual damage to better determine if a replace is required or if your unit is safe for install.
