My unit is constantly draining

There are a few things that can cause constant draining from your RO unit.

 

  1. Too low of water pressure to support the system 
  2. The unit is connected to a fridge or ice maker
  3. The automatic shut-off valve has failed 
  4. The filters need to be replaced 



  1. Ensure that water pressure is within 40-75 PSI for proper RO function 
  2. See troubleshooting for fridge/ice maker connection 
  3. Contact our Customer Support team for a proper diagnosis of the failed shut-off valve 
  4. Replace the filters on time. Stage 1,2,4 need to be replaced every 6-12 months and the membrane every 2 years.
