There are a few things that can cause constant draining from your RO unit.
- Too low of water pressure to support the system
- The unit is connected to a fridge or ice maker
- The automatic shut-off valve has failed
- The filters need to be replaced
- Ensure that water pressure is within 40-75 PSI for proper RO function

- Contact our Customer Support team for a proper diagnosis of the failed shut-off valve
- Replace the filters on time. Stage 1,2,4 need to be replaced every 6-12 months and the membrane every 2 years.
