Aquasure offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Whole House Water Treatment Systems purchased directly from Aquasure USA. To begin the return process, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center and select the option that best matches your situation.
Return Eligibility
Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products may qualify for a return if they are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Lightly used and eligible under Aquasure's return policy
- Damaged, defective, or received incorrectly
All returns are subject to review and approval before return instructions are provided.
Refund and Restocking Fees
The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product.
Unused Systems
If a system is returned unused and all media remain in their original unopened packaging, a full refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee once the merchandise is received and inspected.
Used Systems
If a system is returned used, is not defective, and the packaging has been opened, a refund of the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee will be issued once the merchandise is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of:
- An Aquasure shipping error
- A manufacturer defect
- An incorrect item received

Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the return policy of the retailer where the purchase was made, including:
- Lowe's
- Home Depot
- Walmart
- FactoryPure
- Sears
- Wayfair
