Start your return by submitting a support request through the Aquasure Help Center and selecting the option that best matches your situation.
All returns are subject to review and approval before return instructions are provided. Do not ship products back to Aquasure until your return has been reviewed and approved.
Return Eligibility
Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products may qualify for return if they are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Lightly used and eligible under Aquasure’s return policy
- Damaged, defective, or received incorrectly
Return eligibility, refund amount, and any applicable fees may vary depending on the product, return reason, and product condition.
Refund and Restocking Fees
The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product.
Unused Systems
If a system is returned unused and all media remain in their original unopened packaging, a full refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee once the merchandise is received and inspected.
Used Systems
If a system is returned in used condition, is not defective, and the packaging has been opened, a refund of the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee will be issued once the merchandise is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of:
- An Aquasure shipping error
- A manufacturer defect
- An incorrect item received
Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the return policy of the retailer where the purchase was made.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Lowe’s
- Home Depot
- Walmart
- FactoryPure
- Sears
- Wayfair
Aquasure cannot process returns or refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers unless the request is handled according to that retailer’s return process.
