To get a return label, you must first submit a return request through the Aquasure Help Center.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, Aquasure will provide the return instructions needed to send your product back.
Before a return label can be provided, your return request must be reviewed.
Do not ship products back to Aquasure until your return has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.
What Information to Include
When submitting your return request, include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Depending on the reason for the return, our team may request additional information before providing return instructions.
After Your Return Label Is Provided
Once your return label is provided:
- Pack the item securely.
- Use the original packaging when possible.
- Attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box.
- Make sure no other shipping labels are visible.
- Drop the package off with the listed carrier.
After Aquasure receives your return, the item will be reviewed and inspected before any approved refund or replacement is processed.
