If your return label is missing, expired, or no longer accessible, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center so Aquasure can review your return details.
If your return is still eligible, a new return label may be issued.
What to Include in Support Request
When submitting your request, include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Email address associated with the order
- Brief explanation that the return label is missing or expired
After You Receive the New Label
Once your new return label is provided:
- Pack the item securely.
- Attach the new label to the outside of the box.
- Make sure no other shipping labels are visible.
- Drop the package off with the listed carrier.
Use the most recent return label provided for your return.
