- Whether the return matches the approved return request
Once the inspection is complete, any approved refund or replacement will move forward based on the return review.
Refund or Replacement Processing
If your return is approved after inspection, Aquasure will process the next step based on the return resolution.
This may include:
- Refund processing
- Replacement processing
- Additional follow-up if more information is needed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
