Aquasure accepts eligible returns for products purchased directly from AquasureUSA.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
If your order is outside the 30-day return window, Aquasure may not be able to process the product as a standard return.
If the Return Window Has Passed
Returns outside the 30-day return window are generally not eligible for return processing.
Before submitting a request, review your order date and invoice date to confirm whether the product is still within the eligible return period.
If Your Product Has a Performance Issue
If your product is outside the return window but is not working as expected, it may still qualify for warranty review depending on the product, purchase date, registration status, and issue reported.
When submitting a support request, include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Purchase date or invoice date
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos, if applicable
