Aquasure accepts eligible returns for products purchased directly from AquasureUSA.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Return eligibility, refund amounts, and applicable fees may vary depending on the product purchased and its condition when returned.
Before returning any product, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Aquasure Customer Support.
Products Purchased Through Third-Party Retailers
Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces must follow the return policy of the retailer where the purchase was made.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Home Depot
- Lowe's
- Walmart
- FactoryPure
- Sears
- Wayfair
Aquasure cannot process returns or refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers without a request initiated through that retailer's return process.
General Merchandise and Residential Drinking Water Systems
All Aquasure drinking water systems, filters, and replacement parts purchased directly from AquasureUSA.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an Aquasure error or a manufacturer defect.

Orders That Qualified for Free Shipping
Products originally purchased with free shipping are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product.

All Aquasure Whole House Water Treatment Systems purchased directly from AquasureUSA.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an Aquasure error or manufacturer defect.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time before they enter the shipping process.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may still be eligible to return the product in accordance with Aquasure's return policy.
Refused Shipments
All returns require an approved RMA number.
If a shipment is refused without first obtaining an RMA number from Aquasure, a refund will not be issued.
If a shipment is refused after receiving an approved RMA, applicable shipping charges, including return shipping costs, may be deducted from the refund amount.

All returns are subject to review and approval. Once a return request has been approved, Aquasure will provide instructions for returning the product.
