Yes, your refund may be adjusted if the returned item is used, opened, missing parts, damaged, or returned in a condition that does not match the approved return request.
All returns are subject to review and inspection after they are received.
Why a Refund May Be Adjusted
A refund may be adjusted if the returned product:
- Has been used or installed
- Is missing parts, accessories, fittings, or documentation
- Has opened filter packaging
- Shows signs of damage not reported in the original return request
- Is returned in a different condition than originally described
- Is subject to an applicable restocking fee
The final refund amount depends on the product type, return reason, product condition, and inspection results.
What Happens During Inspection
After Aquasure receives your return, the item is inspected to confirm its condition and contents.
If the condition or contents differ from the return request, Aquasure may need to review the return further before processing the refund. In some cases, this may result in a refund adjustment.
