If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, the shipment may have been left in a nearby delivery location or accepted by someone else at the address.
In some cases, carriers may also mark a package as delivered before the package is physically visible at the delivery location.
What to Check First
Before submitting a support request through our Help Center, please check:
- Front door, porch, driveway, garage, or side entrance
- Mailroom, package locker, leasing office, or reception area
- Other household members who may have accepted the delivery
- Neighbors or nearby addresses where the package may have been left
- Any delivery photo or delivery notes provided by the carrier
These checks can often help locate a package that was delivered to a secure or alternate location.
