Where to Find Replacement Tracking
After a replacement order ships, check the shipment information provided for your replacement.
Your tracking details may include:
- Replacement product name or SKU
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
Use the tracking link or tracking number to view the latest shipment updates directly from the carrier.
If Tracking Has Not Updated Yet
It is normal for tracking to take a little time to update after a replacement shipment is created.
Carrier tracking may not show movement right away, especially if the package has not received its first scan yet. If tracking does not update immediately, check again later for the latest carrier information.
