If you need to update or correct your shipping address after placing an order, submit a support request as soon as possible or contact support during business hours at: 1 (800) 661-0680.
Address changes may only be possible before the order has shipped or entered the fulfillment process.
What Information to Include
When requesting an address update, include the full corrected shipping address:
- Full name
- Street address
- Apartment, unit, or suite number, if applicable
- City
- State
- ZIP code
Double-check that all information is accurate before submitting your request.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, Aquasure may not be able to update the delivery address before the carrier attempts delivery.
If the shipment cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete or incorrect, our team may need to review the order status before confirming the next steps.
