If you need to update the credit card or billing information connected to an order, the next steps may depend on whether the order has already been placed, processed, or shipped.
For security reasons, payment information should only be updated through your Aquasure USA account or through a secure payment update process when available.
Updating Billing Information for Future Orders
You may be able to update saved billing information by logging into your Aquasure USA customer account.
Before updating your billing information, make sure you have:
- The email address used for your Aquasure USA account
- Your current login credentials
- The updated billing address or payment information
- Any order or subscription details related to the billing change
After updating your information, review the details carefully before saving your changes.
If Your Order Has Already Been Placed
If an order has already been placed and you need help with the payment method or billing information connected to that order, please submit a support request so Aquasure can review the order status.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief explanation of what needs to be changed
Do not include full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details in your support request.
Subscribe & Save Payment Updates
If you need to update the payment method for a Subscribe & Save subscription, log into your Aquasure USA account and update the payment information under your subscription settings.
Payment information for Subscribe & Save may be updated through a secure link sent to the email address associated with your subscription account.
