Delayed shipment requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped.
Where to Submit An Order Update
To request assistance on any order change, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center. Our team will review your request and follow up with the next steps. Aquasure orders are typically fulfilled quickly, so timing matters.
Submit your request as soon as you know you need a later ship date. If the order has already entered fulfillment or received tracking, Aquasure may not be able to delay the shipment.
What Information to Include
When submitting your request, include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The requested ship date
- A brief explanation of the request
This helps our team review the order status and determine whether the shipment can still be adjusted.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, Aquasure cannot delay the shipment.
You can continue monitoring the package using the tracking information provided for your order.
