To cancel an order, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and follow up with the next steps.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order ships before your cancellation request is received or processed, please refuse the delivery with the carrier if possible.
Once the shipment is returned to Aquasure, our team will inspect and check in the returned system. After the return is processed, a refund will be applied to the card used for the original purchase.
