Depending on the condition of the package and product, our team may ask you to inspect the item for visible damage. This helps determine whether the unit is safe to install or if a replacement may be needed.
Information to Provide
To help us review the damage, please provide:
- 1-2 clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging, including the inside and outside if possible
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
Providing photos helps our team document the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

If all packages show as delivered and you believe a box is missing, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center and select the option that best matches your question or issue. Our team will review the details and follow up with the next steps.
