Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Aquasure orders may ship from our Southern California, Texas, or Florida warehouse locations, depending on product availability, stock levels, and the items included in your order.
Estimated transit times after fulfillment may vary based on:
- Shipping warehouse: Orders may ship from Southern California, Texas, or Florida.
- Delivery location: Transit time depends on the distance between the warehouse and shipping address.

Will I Have to Sign for My Delivery?
At this time, Aquasure USA orders do not require a signature upon delivery.
Once your order has been delivered, the carrier may leave the package in a safe location at the delivery address according to their standard delivery procedures.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase. If your order contains multiple boxes, each package may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
