Skipping a shipment lets you keep your subscription active while delaying your next automatic delivery.
When to Skip a Shipment
Skipping a shipment may be helpful if:
- You still have enough replacement filters on hand
- Your current filter has not reached its replacement schedule yet
- You will be away during the next scheduled delivery
- You want to delay one shipment without canceling the full subscription
After a shipment is skipped, your subscription will remain active and your next delivery date will update based on your subscription schedule.
Before You Skip
Be sure to skip your shipment before the next order begins processing.
If a subscription order has already been processed, the shipment may not be eligible to skip. In that case, you may need to submit a support request so our team can review the order status and confirm what options are available.
