Aquasure's Subscribe & Save program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you can manage your subscription directly from your Aquasure account.
Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Aquasure USA account.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show Details under the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a cancellation reason.
- Select Confirm.
Once confirmed, all future shipments associated with that subscription will be canceled.
Before You Cancel
If you still plan to use replacement filters but need a different delivery schedule, consider updating your subscription frequency instead. You can change your delivery interval at any time through your subscription settings. To change your delivery frequency or skip an order, see:
