If your order has already been created and you would like to cancel it, please submit a support request through the Aquasure Help Center as soon as possible.
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped.
When an Order Can Be Canceled
An existing order may be eligible for cancellation if it has not yet entered the shipping process.
Once an order has shipped or received active tracking, it can no longer be canceled. If the order has already shipped, it may still be eligible for return depending on Aquasure’s return policy.
What Information to Include
When submitting your cancellation request, include:
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Brief explanation that you would like to cancel the order
This helps our team review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Subscribe & Save Orders
If the Subscribe & Save order has already been created, it follows the standard order cancellation process and must be reviewed by Aquasure Customer Support.
Need to Skip a Future Subscribe & Save Shipment?
Skipping a future Subscribe & Save shipment is different from canceling an existing order.
If your upcoming Subscribe & Save shipment has not been processed yet, you can request to skip or adjust your schedule frequency through your subscription settings
