A billing issue with a Subscribe & Save order usually means the payment for a scheduled subscription shipment could not be processed.
This can happen if the card on file has expired, the payment was declined by the bank, or the billing information does not match the payment method on file.
Common Reasons for a Billing Issue
A Subscribe & Save billing issue may happen because:
- The card on file has expired
- The card was replaced or canceled
- The bank declined the charge
- The billing address does not match the card issuer’s records
Until the payment issue is resolved, your Subscribe & Save order may not process as expected.
What to Do Next
To help resolve the issue, update the payment method associated with your Subscribe & Save subscription through your Aquasure USA account.
When updating your payment information, make sure to check the following to prevent additional payment processing issues:
- The card number is entered correctly.
- The card has not expired.
- The billing address matches the information on file with your card issuer.
- The payment method has enough available funds.
Once you’ve made sure your information is correct, save the updated payment method to your Subscribe & Save subscription before your next scheduled order processes
This can help
After Your Payment Method Is Updated
Once your payment method has been updated, the subscription payment may be retried.
If the payment still does not process after your billing information has been updated, the issue may need additional review.
