How Do I Update My Subscribe & Save Payment Information?

You can update the payment method and billing address associated with your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your Aquasure USA account.

Update Your Payment Information

To update your payment method:

1. Log in to your Aquasure USA account.
2. Select My Subscriptions.
3. Select Show Details under the subscription you would like to update.
4. Select Payment Information.
5. Select Change Payment Information.
6. Check the email address associated with your subscription account.
7. Open the email titled Edit Your Payment Details.
8. Select the Edit Payment Details button within the email.
9. Enter your new payment information.
10. Under Billing Address, update the billing address associated with the new payment method.
11. Select Update Card to save your changes.

Important Information

For security purposes, payment information is updated through a secure link sent to the email address associated with your subscription account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another update.

When updating your payment method, make sure the billing address matches the information on file with your card issuer to help avoid payment processing issues.
