You can change your Subscribe & Save delivery frequency from your Aquasure USA account. This allows you to adjust how often replacement filters or other subscribed items are delivered based on your household needs.
Change Your Order Frequency
To change your order frequency:
- Log in to your Aquasure USA account.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Under Order Frequency, select Change Frequency.
- Open the dropdown menu.
- Select your desired frequency option.
- Select Save.
Once saved, your subscription frequency will be updated for future recurring orders.
Choosing the Right Frequency
Each filter has its own replacement schedule, and timing can vary depending on product type, water quality, and household usage.
Review the replacement filter’s product page or original system manual for replacement instructions to help choose the best delivery frequency.
Updating your frequency may not change the date of your next scheduled order. In most cases, the new frequency applies after the next order date.
